We are thrilled for the opportunity to be a part of your celebration! Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We have some rules in place to keep things running smooth:
Bookings
- All price quotes are final.
- All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation. Your deposit must be paid before the agreed time to confirm your reservation. Late deposits may be returned.
Yard Signs
- Let us know before booking if the area is not sodded (no grass). We'll give you instructions to test the ground.
- Important: If the ground is too hard, we may not be able to install the signs. If we are on site and we can't install, we can discuss an alternative, or we can offer a refund (except delivery fee).
- Please water the area you would like the signs installed 30 minutes before installation.
- Please do not remove, rearrange or relocate any of our signs. If you need your display taken down early, please give us a call and we will gladly come get them.
- Missing or damaged lawn display items will be charged.
- We may place a small sign in the yard with our company name, phone number and web address. This sign is unobtrusive and lets the neighbors know how to find us, so they can order a display too. Please do not move or hide it.
- Please do not let children play on or around the display, or pull up any of the signs. Some of them may look like toys, but they are not. OhWow By Zumi and its representatives will not be responsible or liable for any injury that may be caused to any person while they are rented and in your recipients yard.
- If the recipient calls to ask us who ordered the display, we will tell them unless you gave specific instructions not to. We will take down the display immediately if they request us to do so.
- Please arrange to mow/trim your grass before our set up. Mowers and weed eaters can ruin the signs. We really appreciate you taking good care of our signs so others can enjoy them too!
- We respectfully reserve the right to decline a delivery area that we feel may be unsafe for ours signs or our delivery people. This is rare, and we will contact you if this situation arises.
Refund Policy
- We understand sometimes things happen beyond your control. Plans can change, but no problem! We will gladly reschedule the delivery or reimburse you 100% if you need to cancel, but you must give us at least 48 hours notice. A lot of time and planning goes into your display in the days leading up to your rental.
- In the event of inclimate weather, we will not be able to set up any lawn displays. If this occurs, we will promptly refund the full rental price. Inclimate weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, snow, ice, high wind above 20 mph, or any other weather related incident that could put us or our lawn displays in danger. Please know, rain will never be the cause of a cancellation; the wind must be severe enough to impact the stability of the signs, which we have generally found to be above 20 mph.
- OhWow by Zumi can't offer a refund if an incorrect delivery address is provided. We will send you confirmation of your order via text message, please double check the address, delivery date and time to make absolutely sure there won't be any problems.
- If your loved one doesn't want the sign and asks for it to be removed, we cannot provide a refund.
